Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Products

We may offer refunds for clothing, books, games, and other physical merchandise only if:

  1. The product you received was not the product you ordered.

  2. The product arrived damaged.

  3. You did not receive the product.

We require documentation to receive a refund.

If you are unhappy with your product, you may return undamaged and unused products in their original packaging to receive a refund.

Events

We do not offer refunds if you cancel or change your reservation. In some cases, we do offer event credits. Contact cancel@fwb.events if you:

  1. ​Need to cancel or change your reservation. Please let us know 48 hours prior to an event, and we will credit you for a future event.

  2. ​If you are sick, were recently exposed to someone who has covid, or tested positive. Let us know ~2 hours prior to an event start, and we will credit you for a future event.

    We offer refunds if we cancel an event for any reason. We'll send out a cancellation email. Attendees who wish to receive a refund for their ticket purchase will need to respond within 7 days of the cancelled event. All other tickets will receive a credit for a future event.
