how to participate as a voyeur
Maybe your vibe at a party is more aligned with just watching. You could be a play party veteran who wants to be more of a passive participant, a newbie, or someone who’s taking much-needed break after an already juicy evening. No shame in enjoying the view! Here are a few tips to get the most out of your experience while being mindful of other attendees.
Check in
Our group includes all kinds: exhibitiionists, voyeurs, and everything in between. Sometimes people need a little space. Check in with your fellow guests. A quick “OK to watch?” works great or eye contact and nod goes a long way.
Be spatially aware
Be mindful of your surroundings. If you’re invited to be up close, that’s awesome. Otherwise keeping a few feet of distance is safe.
Don’t be a weirdo
We all know the creep vibes. Best way to avoid being a creep is to be mindful of body language and consent. Be present and pay attention, and if you have any doubts just ask!
