TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the FWB Clubhouse Fundraiser! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“YOU”) and FWB Social, Inc. (“FWB”), based in Los Angeles, California. By taking part in the fundraiser — including purchasing rental credits or sponsorships — you’re agreeing to these Terms, so please read them carefully.

1. What This Fundraiser Is For

The FWB Clubhouse Fundraiser is all about making our shared space even better — with things like new paint, soundproofing, plants, furniture, a sound system, and other improvements that keep the Clubhouse beautiful, welcoming, and inspiring.

You can support the fundraiser in two ways:

  • Credits – Prepaid rental credits you can use for future FWB offerings (“Offerings”).

  • 8 Month Memberships - Prepaid membership dues for a total of 8 months.

2. Rental Credits – How They Work

  • Buying Credits: Credits are purchased as “tickets” through the Luma platform.

  • Expiration Date: Credits must be used by August 1, 2026. After that date, they expire and can’t be redeemed.

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Using Credits: Credits can be applied toward available rentals or services as described at the time of use. Availability may change over time.

  • Booking: You agree to sign a rental agreement and abide by the Clubhouse rules when booking and claiming your credit. Booking is subject to availability. Holidays, additional people, and/or certain activities may require additional fees and/or terms. 3. 8 Month Memberships

  • Buying Membership: 8 month memberships are purchased as “tickets” through the Luma platform.

  • Term: The membership is valid from January 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

  • No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

4. Respecting Confidential Information

During the course of this fundraiser, you may learn about plans, ideas, or other information that isn’t public. By participating, you agree to keep that information confidential and not share it without FWB’s permission — unless the law requires you to.

5. Additional terms

  • You’re at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.

  • The information you provide is true and accurate.

  • You’ll use credits and memberships only for lawful purposes.

6. Our Responsibility (and Limits)

We want this fundraiser to go smoothly — but we’re only human. FWB isn’t responsible for things beyond our control, and we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages. If we ever are found responsible for something under these Terms, the most we’d owe you is the total amount you paid to FWB as part of this fundraiser.

7. Your Responsibility

By participating, you agree to help protect FWB. That means you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless — basically, cover us — if any claims or costs come up because of your actions, misuse of credits or sponsorships, violation of these Terms, or breaking the law.

8. If Life Happens (Force Majeure)

Sometimes unexpected things — like natural disasters, pandemics, or major disruptions — can prevent us from delivering certain offerings. If that happens, we won’t be held responsible for delays or changes beyond our control.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If there’s ever a dispute, we’ll try to resolve it in good faith. If that’s not possible, any legal matters will be handled in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

10. If One Part Doesn’t Hold Up

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still applies.

11. The Whole Agreement

These Terms make up the entire agreement between YOU and FWB about this fundraiser and replace any previous conversations or understandings we might have had about it.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll post the new version, and your continued participation will mean you accept the updated Terms.

By purchasing credits, sponsorships, or otherwise participating in the FWB Clubhouse Fundraiser, YOU acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
