These rental rates are for private events. We offer member rates (below) and partnership rates for other organizers in the community. Fill out a booking form or email us for more information on pricing and availability.

Mon-Thursday

Available 8A - 1A

$60/hr for 1-10 people

+ $15 for each additional 10 people up to a total of 50

15% off for 6 hours or more

Friday, Saturday and Sunday day 

Available 8A - 5P

$100/hr for 1-20 people 

+ $20 for each additional 10 people up to a total of 50

10% off for 6 hours or more

Friday, Saturday evening

Available 6P - 3A

$1200 flat rate 

Or $150/hr with a 4 hour minimum

Sunday evening

Available 6P - 1A

$100/hr for 1-20 people 

+ $20 for each additional 10 people up to a total of 50
